John graduated from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Residential Appraiser. In addition, he has learned from Patrick Holden and other family members who work in the industry. John now has five years of residential appraisal experience, and he has appraised 1,000+ homes in the Columbus metropolitan area. John and his wife, Angie, love spending time with their family, and attending their kids’ activities. They also volunteer in their community and enjoy hiking at Quarry Trails.

After working many years in the residential appraisal industry, in 2007 Patrick established his own business, Holden Appraisal. He has more than 30 years of experience and has appraised 10,000+ homes in the Columbus metropolitan area. Patrick graduated from The Ohio State University and, in addition, to being a Certified Residential Appraiser, he is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He and his wife, Laura, love to spend time with their family and to volunteer in their community. They also enjoy traveling, walking their dog, Lulu, and watching the Buckeyes.
